Along the most important sights there is a new attraction for visitors and guests: the "Lauschtour-Traben-Trarbach", an audio guide that invites you to a discovery tour through Traben-Trarbach. At a total of 16 stations, the history of the double city comes alive. The new Lauschtour leads on a distance of approx. 2 km past historical places and buildings and provides exciting information and background knowledge. The start of the approx. 60-minute listening tour is at the Tourist Information in the Traben district and ends at the Old City Tower in the Trarbach district. How it works ...

3. let's go! Starting point is at the Tourist Information Office (in front of the entrance of the Tourist Information Office near the crosswalk)

City walk Traben-Trarbach

After Bordeaux, Traben-Trarbach was the second largest wine trading center in Europe around 1900!
The eavesdropping tour shows the traces of this boom and leads from the Tourist Information Office past pompous Art Nouveau villas to the medieval city tower, where there is a great view at the end.
