We offer a large apartment of 110 square meters all on one floor, with a large sun terrace and great views of the Mosel river.
The brand-new innovative refurbishment has given this apartment its own special note. Combining high standard with colorful design, new and old style furniture, oak parquet floors throughout the apartment and modern house-tecnics.
Infrared sauna for 4 people in the bathroom. Generous eat-in kitchen with pleasant sun-deck terrace and panorama-view of the Mosel. Sporting gas-grill and electrical awning.
New kitchen, fully equipped, with large dining table accommodating the whole group, cozy sofa bed & TV for great creature comforts.
Special Wine-fridge with bottles from our own medal-adorned winery. Relax outside - in the house´s own Pavillon overlooking the river, out in the green.
Best way to start the day: breakfast in the morning sun, whatever the season!

While booking, 100 € is paid, the remaining amount is transferred one week before departure or paid in cash when moving into the apartment.
Cancellation policy:
The cancellation conditions are based on the general guidelines in the tourism industry, which are as follows: - up to 20 days before arrival: 20% of the travel price - up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the travel price - up to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price - 7th - 4th day before arrival: 80% of the travel price - less than 3 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price

Coming from the A61, you can travel via the Rheinböllen exit, for example, through Kirchberg and Zell.
