Dear guests, welcome to my guest room in the historic holiday resort of Kinheim on the Moselle. Here you will find many beautiful hiking trails through the vineyards and forests.
The boat landing stage is directly across the street. Cozy cafés, wine houses, and restaurants are in close proximity. The outdoor swimming pool in Kröv, 2 kilometers away, is easily reachable by bike, on foot, or by bus. The bus stop to Traben-Trarbach, Bernkastel-Kues, and Wittlich, as well as free parking, are also nearby.
The guest room also has a TV room with a flat-screen TV, a balcony, and a coffee machine. From the balcony, you have a side view of the Moselle, the bridge to Kindel, vineyards above, and the forest towards the Hunsrück. The spacious bathroom with shower and WC is available for shared use by both rooms.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Please coordinate by phone for late arrivals.
Arrival via federal road B53 to Kinheim, Pützgasse 2, parking available in a large parking lot opposite the entrance of Pützgasse.
Please note the following cancellation policy:
Compensation will be calculated based on the time of receipt of the cancellation notice, as follows with the respective cancellation scale:
up to 31 days before departure 10% of the travel price
from 30 to 21 days before departure 20% of the travel price
from 20 to 12 days before departure 30% of the travel price
from 11 to 3 days before departure 70% of the travel price
from the 3rd day before departure and in case of no-show 90% of the travel price.
The purchase of travel cancellation insurance as well as insurance to cover repatriation costs in case of accident or illness is strongly recommended.
