Ralph Brauner – One Man – One Guitar – One Voice In his versatile program of country, blues, jazz, and singer-songwriter ballads, you will find songs like Ain't No Sunshine, Layla, Little Wing alongside many of his own compositions. Ralph Brauner is inspired by the music from the southern USA, where black blues has its roots. This is impressively heard on his solo CD productions such as "Moving Forward," which was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award in 2017.
On the occasion of the 80th birthday of master Eric Clapton, Ralph Brauner is also releasing an Unplugged Tribute Set. He plays fingerstyle acoustic and slide guitar. Info www.ralphbrauner.com

Whether as a fingerpicking specialist, on the percussive-sounding resonator guitar, or as a slide guitarist – Brauner showcased the many facets of the blues throughout the two-hour concert with numerous classics. “... A good blues concert doesn't need much embellishment. A guitar and a good voice are enough. To make a concert unforgettable, virtuosity and stage presence are indispensable. Ralph Brauner has an abundance of both...” Badische Zeitung
