Jacob´s Day

On the annually held Feast of St. James, honoring the patron saint of town crier, the crowning of the wine queen of Traben-Trarbach takes place under the watchful eyes of the convened coronation council, who will represent the guild, the town of Traben-Trarbach, and the local Moselle wine both internally and externally for the duration of one year.

3:00 p.m. - Festival parade from the Old Train Station, raising of the maypole and opening.
                 Dance of the Mosel Blossoms
8:00 p.m. - Band “Gooseflesh”

10:30 a.m. - Opening of the booths and the fair
10:30 a.m. - Parade from the Market Square Traben
11:30 a.m. - Crowning of the new wine queen
1:00 p.m. - Beer garden with the Traben-Trarbach music association
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Face painting for children
7:00 p.m. - Tobias Goldschmidt
