The butcher shop Georg has been known for excellent quality since 1935, founded by Richard August Georg. Seventy-five years ago, he began producing fine sausage and ham specialties. The butcher shop is now successfully run in its third generation by Ulrike Georg. The blend of traditional recipes and production methods, along with innovative sausage varieties made in house, is truly captivating.
