The church is a classical hall building, whose walls are supported by buttresses capped with simple capitals. At the entrance of the church stands the tower, which is topped with a dome. The masonry is made of slate rubble stones, while the cornice, door, and window casing are crafted from sandstone. On the south side, there is a three-axis central projection with a gable and portal.
The interior is characterized by a powerful wall painting in sgraffito with gold mosaic, created in the spring of 1955 by the sculptor and painter Eugen Keller.
Noteworthy are the two side altars, which were also created by Eugen Keller and completed in 1957. Both are valuable mosaic works.
The pulpit and confessionals are intricately carved from wood in the Rococo style. They, along with the church pews, date back to the time of the church's construction.
