The warrior memorial was erected by the Kröver municipality around 1928.

The war memorial built in 1928 in Kröv is located at Robert-Schuman-Straße/corner of Ehrenmalstraße. It was erected in memory of the fallen from the community in the First World War and is a protected natural monument.
