Tourist-Information Kinheim

Kinheim, with its districts of Kindel and Kinheimer Höhe, has about 888 inhabitants (824 with primary residences, 64 with secondary residences – as of January 1, 2017).

Our village is elongated along steeply rising vineyards, surrounded by the wine regions Rosenberg and Hubertuslay on the left bank of the Moselle, and Römerhang on the right bank in the district of Kindel. In these vineyards, wines of the highest quality and excellence grow, loved and appreciated by wine enthusiasts.
Many Moselle friends and wine lovers who have discovered our holiday destination and its wines have become enthusiastic friends of the wines maturing here and the village that has so much remarkable to offer.
In Kinheim, you can still find tower remnants of a medieval castle, unique half-timbered houses, and old wine estates – but also modern, cozy hotels, restaurants, cafes, guesthouses, and vacation apartments.

Finally, we would like to draw your special attention to the many wine festivals and events in Kinheim and the surrounding area. The event calendar for Kinheim, the Middle Moselle-Kondelwald region, and the entire Moselle is available at the Tourist Information.
