Educational walk through the vineyards

With 40 information boards, the Reil wine trail offers information on the history of viticulture, the natural features of the region, grape varieties, areas under cultivation and also entertaining and other interesting facts. As the first educational wine trail in the Middle Moselle, this trail with its information boards has since been redesigned, revised and updated.

General information

Directions

You reach the nature trail opposite the Raiffeisenbank through a railroad underpass. Follow the road and turn right at the first opportunity. From there, follow the path to the Pfahlbach stream, turn left (downhill) and take the path on the left above the buildings back to the multi-generation playground.

If you are carrying a baby carriage or similar, you should avoid the railroad underpass at the Raiffeisenbank and take the railroad underpass through Fischelbachstraße about 200 meters further south. Take the first path to the right to reach the educational wine trail.

Safety Guidelines

Be careful at the railroad underpass, the stairs are difficult to walk on.
