In 2 days
A guided tour through romantic alleys with old half-timbered houses and medieval wine yards.
Due to the many half-timbered houses built in the 15th to 18th century, Enkirch is also known as the "treasure chest of Rhineland half-timbered construction." During this tour, we will also visit our small but fine local museum, which conveys not only a great impression of the historical past of the old wine village ANCHIRIACUM-ANKARACHA-ENKRICHA, as it was formerly called, but also of the daily life and work of the inhabitants of the old wine village in past times.
Furthermore, the visit will take you to the Protestant church with its famous Stumm organ and the large gallery, and to conclude, we invite you to enjoy a glass of wine.
