In 3 days
A guided tour through romantic alleys with old half-timbered houses and medieval wine yards.
Due to the many half-timbered houses built in the 15th - 18th centuries, Enkirch is also called the "treasure chamber of Rhenish half-timbered architecture". During this tour, you will also visit our small but fine Heimatstuben museum, which with its many finds and exhibits not only gives you a great impression of the historical past of the old wine village ANCHIRIACUM-ANKARACHA-ENKRICHA, as it used to be called, but also of the daily life and work of the inhabitants of the old Mosel village in times gone by.
The visit also takes you to the Protestant church with its famous silent organ and the large gallery, and we invite you to the "Ratsweinschenke" for a glass of wine at the end of the tour.
