Springiersbach Carmelite Monastery with magnificent Baroque church

Springiersbach Carmelite Abbey was founded back in 1102. The baroque church with ist magnificent ceiling paintings and exquisitely carved choir stalls is considered an architectural gem. The Romanesque-style chapter house is also noteworthy.
