On this circular trail, you’ll hike through all of Kröv’s vineyard sites – such as Steffensberg, Letterlay, Kirchlay, and of course the world-famous Kröver Nacktarsch.

On this circular trail, you’ll hike through all of Kröv’s vineyard sites – such as Steffensberg, Letterlay, Kirchlay, and of course the world-famous Kröver Nacktarsch. The tour includes both flat sections and impressive steep slopes, offering stunning views of the Moselle Valley. Lovely picnic spots invite you to take a break. The circular route starts and ends at the Weinbrunnenhalle, Moselweinstraße 35.

General information

Directions

The tour starts at the Weinbrunnenhalle "Kröver Nacktarsch", Moselweinstraße 35. Cross Moselweinstraße and turn into Ritter-Götz-Straße. At the end, turn right into Robert-Schuman-Straße. Follow this road until you reach the war memorial and turn left into the vineyards toward the Kesselstatt Chapel. From here, follow the signs for the "Kröver Nacktarsch Circular Trail".

Tip

It is recommended to make a short detour to the Landal Mont Royal holiday park. Here you can stop for a meal at the restaurant or simply enjoy the stunning view of the Moselle loop near Kröv from the spacious panoramic terrace. Children will love the large playground and the petting zoo, both of which can be accessed and viewed directly from the terrace.

Getting there

Aus Richtung Bernkastel-Kues oder Traben-Trarbach: Ortseingang über die Moselweinstraße. Startpunkt: Weinbrunnenhalle "Kröver Nacktarsch", Moselweinstr. 35.

Parking

Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt am Moselufer, unterhalb der Weinbrunnenhalle, Moselweinstraße 35.

Stündliche Busverbindung mit der Linie 360 zwischen Bernkastel-Kues und Traben-Trarbach, teilweise auch mit Fahrradmitnahme, Infos unter www.vrt-info.de
