Hiking and enjoyment under the motto "WeinRast mit Weitblick"

Attractive circular hiking trail through the vineyards. Four rest areas with the most beautiful views of the wine-growing landscape have been selected and equipped with extraordinary furniture such as a giant deck chair, a panoramic swing or an oversized picture frame.

A picnic or a break at one of these WeinRast mit Weitblick spots becomes a truly special experience.

Thanks to the spectacular views, these places are popular photo spots.

Hikers are warmly invited to post their best photos using the hashtag #KroevMosel.

General information

Directions

The tour starts at the Weinbrunnenhalle "Kröver Nacktarsch", Moselweinstraße 35. Cross Moselweinstraße into Ritter-Götz-Straße. At the end, turn right into Robert-Schuman-Straße. Follow this street until you reach the war memorial, then turn left into the vineyards towards the Kesselstatt Chapel. From there, follow the trail signage.

Tip

It is recommended to make a detour to the Landal Mont Royal holiday park. Here, you can stop for a meal at the restaurant or enjoy the magnificent view of the Moselle loop at Kröv from the large panoramic terrace.

For children, there is a large playground and a petting zoo, which can be accessed and viewed directly from the terrace.

Aus Richtung Bernkastel-Kues oder Traben-Trarbach: Ortseingang über die Moselweinstraße. Start: Weinbrunnenhalle "Kröver Nacktarsch", Moselweinstraße 35

Parking

Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt am Moselufer, unterhalb der Weinbrunnenhalle, Moselweinstraße 35.

Public transit

Stündliche Busverbindung mit der Linie 360 zwischen Bernkastel-Kues und Traben-Trarbach, teilweise auch mit Fahrradmitnahme, Infos unter www.vrt-info.de
