Panorama hike through the "Kinheimer Rosenberg" with a magnificent view of the Moselle valley and the Hunsrück region
The hike continues through the Kinheim vineyard "Rosenberg" to the Moselsteig. From here, the hiker is rewarded with a magnificent view of the Moselle valley and the Hunsrück. The route continues to Ürzig, through the "Ürziger Würzgarten" vineyard. On the way back, the route passes the Roman wine press, excavated in 1992, into the vineyards again and back through Kinheimer Burgstraße.
Alternatively, during summer season you can return by bus or boat from Ürzig.
The hiking trail (no. 7, direction "Kapelle") leads through the Kinheim vineyard "Rosenberg", crosses the district road and continues after approx. 50m to the Moselsteig. From here, the hiker is rewarded with a magnificent view of the Mosel valley and the Hunsrück. The trail continues to Ürzig, through the "Ürziger Würzgarten" vineyard. From there, the trail runs parallel to the B53 main road past the Roman wine press excavated in 1992, back into the vineyards and back through Kinheimer Burgstraße. Alternatively, during summer season you can return by bus or boat from Ürzig.
